coSmic SAvAge is a by-product of Dr. Floyd Nolan and an underwater expedition that went either right or wrong when he encountered the Blu-Flammals. He is endowed with the abilities to absorb any liquid and become and underwater engine of magnificent power. Electricity and blue radiation rushes through his body. His skin cannot be penetrated, and he can function in any ecosystem from water to space. As a result of the ‘Chameleon Effect’, his body changes color with the atmospherics. The Orbs embedded under his skin provide another dynamic to his abilities and they can be summoned with just a twitch.
