ABOUT
Dr. Floyd Nolan is a scientist and oceanographer with a passion for the sea, but one day an event occurred during one of his many expeditions off the coast of Guam that would result in the transformation of a being with almost indescribable powers. Born from under the sea, we see a being with purpose and unanswered questions, who will later become known as coSmic SAvAge.
