The name’s Dr. Floyd, and he is a scientist and oceanographer specializing in aquatic sea life and undersea warfare. He is also the proprieter and designer of Otherworldly Institute. He holds a Ph.D in Oceanography, and Bio Life Sciences and his life work centers around everything under the sea. He has led several expeditions to seek out new aquatic life and has made an astonishing discovery of a new species, which he has given the name “Blu-Flammals” because of their blue laser radioactive electric glow. He hopes that his discoveries will reveal to the world that there is life under the sea that has been hidden from us for thousands of years and that there may be an element more diabolical unlike anything we have ever seen in the history of this great planet.
