Dr. Jake Toemeyer PhD

Dr. Jake Toemeyer is a brilliant geneticist and marine biologist, who has been gene mapping the oceans for the last 15 years.  His research during the last several years resulted in gene mapping the Marianas Trench and a new marine life called “Blu-Flammals” that Dr. Floyd Nolan discovered during one of his expeditions.  His research is providing exposure to something that is out of this world.  Dr. Toemeyer played a major role in the design of the underwater lab located below the surface of Other Worldly Institute (OTWI) off the coast of California.  He collaborated with Dr. Betsy Nolan on the design of the V-WARE monitors and M#TANKS.  It was his design pattern that enabled us to develop the M#TANKS to sustain life of the Blu-Flammals in the lab.
